Just in time for the Holidays!

This simple idea can be dressed up anyway you like depending on the holiday or occastion.

It is three easy steps:

1)  Fill a small dish with Pesto Sauce

2)  Cook, drain, and cool a package of Tortellini and put on skewers

3)  Arrange on a plate around the Pesto on a lettuce

I like to add tomatoes at Christmastime to make it a festive red and green appetizer!!!
