Satisfy_your_chocolate_cake_cravings_with_this_recipe_from_Andrew_G_Gordon_Inc_InsuranceThe Holidays are over.

Most of us made a new year’s resolution to lose weight this year.

You have been doing great on whatever diet you have been on.

All of a sudden you are craving chocolate cake, what do you do?

You know if you make a whole cake, you will either eat the whole cake, which is not good for your diet or you will end up throwing the cake away, which is very wasteful.

Why not make an individual cake in a cup?  Very easy and quick to do, will satisfy your craving and you won’t feel guilty and think it ruined your diet.

It is delicious and it is only 146 calories!

Here is the recipe:

Pinch of Salt

1 TBSP Heavy Cream

½ tsp Vanilla Extract

¼ tsp  Baking Powder
