Safe Property Credit:  A credit for risks where there are no dogs, no guns, no pools nor boats greater than 15 feet or more than 10hp. The insured must complete and sign the Safe Property Certificate.

Wind/Hail Mitigation:  Eligibility for the mitigation credit requires installation of storm shutters or other window protection measures recommended by the Institute of Business and Home Safety (IBHS). In addition, for risks in Flood Zones A or V, the insured must carry flood insurance up the full amount of Coverage A or $250,000, whichever is less. A mitigation credit can only apply to a risk with a Named Storm deductible.

Original Date with Agency:  Bunker Hill offers a credit when an agent moves a policy within the agency from another carrier. The credit is based on the number of renewal years at the agency, and gradually diminishes as the policy renews with Bunker Hill.

Account Credit:  A credit is available on all primary HO3, HO4, HO6 and 1775 policies when the policyholder also insures a personal or commercial auto with Plymouth Rock Assurance Corporation or Pilgrim Insurance.

E-Document Delivery:  A credit on policies when the insured signs up for electronic delivery of their policy documents.

Paid In Full:  A credit on all policy forms when the total policy premium is paid in full. Mortgagee-billed policies are not eligible for this credit.

Loss Protection Credit:  A credit for risks that have either a Whole House Water Shut Off, an Automatic On Permanently Installed Generator, or are certified as "Fortified" by the Institute of Business and Home Safety (IBHS).
