We’d like to congratulate Jeff Helm on his sixth Bike MS, where he and other riders bike from Quincy to Provincetown raising money and awareness, to fund research for this troubling disease. While Jeff could only ride the first day of this year’s 180 mile event, he’s been banging out 20 and 30 mile days since to complete the total 180.
