The Registry of Motor Vehicles is implementing a new system replacing the antiquated A.L.A.R.S. (Automated Licensing and Registration System) that has been in use since 1986!

The Registry is looking for a more efficient and cost effective system to assist consumers and partners in law enforcement, dealerships, and the insurance industry.
