If you are an auto or property customer, there are some things you should consider before filing a claim.
For Individuals
Most simple claims are faster and easier to file online.

Roadside Assistance
With Roadside Assistance Coverage or Premier Roadside Assistance package, your roadside service is available 24/7.
For Individuals
Submit your roadside request online*
or call 1.800.252.4633, select option 3
Make sure to have your 13-digit Travelers policy number ready, typically found on your Auto ID card.
For Business
Call 1.800.238.6225, select option 1, then option 3

Roadside assistance services are performed by and/or through Cross Country Motor Club, Inc., except in Alaska, California, Hawaii, Oregon, Wisconsin and Wyoming, where services are performed by and/or through Cross Country Motor Club of California, Inc.
Travelers may also use other contracted vendors to perform roadside assistance services.
