Sue has been an insurance professional since the late 1980's and joined Gordon, Inc. in 2002. She has experience in both personal and commercial insurance but today works mostly with personal accounts (last name H-M, except Mc) as more people need economical solutions to increasingly complicated personal insurance.

Donna has been with Gordon since the early 1990's, a dedicated Customer Service Representative responsible for customers with last names beginning Mc and N-Z. Donna's uncanny ability to translate complicated insurance issues into simple decisions makes her customers' lives easier.

Kasey joined Gordon after leading a team of commercial service personnel at an insurance company for several years. She earned her MBA at Suffolk University, is a CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter) and a licensed Insurance producer. Kasey handles most new personal account sales, calling on her deep understanding of the great companies we represent to find the right unique fit for every customer.

Geoff joined the agency in 1982 after working for the Travelers Group health division and with an independent life insurance agency. Geoff, a Certified Financial Planner Practitioner, Certified Insurance Counselor, and Certified Risk Manager devotes most of his time in business development, working with existing and new commercial accounts on reducing the cost of risk.
