Auto Body Shop
Auto Body Shops are where service and quality of work intersect. We want to know that the shop who actually does the work of fixing your car also made the experience as positive as possible. In general, we think it's best that you get your car back without having to worry about any disputes they may have had with your insurance company. (Please use comments if you disagree)
How well did the auto body shop INSULATE you from the details of negotiations with your insurance company?
Terrible - Made me chase pricing difficulties on their behalf
